We’ve all worked at top tutoring companies and we’re frustrated with how these companies focused on one-dimensional learning—making students spend 100+ hours solving questions and taking tests rather than teaching them how to absorb the concepts and the knowledge behind the questions with their one-way approaches. 

Not all methods work for every student! We believe today’s students requires diversity even in their education, and curriculum and strategies should adapt to each student’s needs. Modern pedagogy has evolved from teachers simply lecturing to the students; it focuses more on questioning, demonstration, explanation, practical, and collaboration methods. In turn, our education is designed to engage with our students, and we transfer critical thinking skills rather than simply teach solutions to specific problems.
